About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement professional to help us attract great talent and create an engaging employee experience.

You will lead recruitment across business functions, strengthen our employer brand, support key employee lifecycle processes, and work closely with Hiring Managers to build high-performing teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining recruitment excellence with broader HR exposure in a fast-paced, growing organization.

You will report directly to the HR Lead.

I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs and recruitment plans.
  • Source, screen and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies to enhance hiring quality and reduce time-to-fill.

Employer Branding & Employee Experience

  • Support and execute employer branding initiatives across recruitment channels and social platforms.
  • Organize recruitment campaigns, career events and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate employment documentation related to onboarding, probation confirmation and employee lifecycle changes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure employee onboarding and lifecycle documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Support internal communications and company culture initiatives.
  • Gather employee feedback and recommend ideas to enhance employee engagement and workplace experience.
  • Provide first-level support for employees‘ HR policies, procedures and general HR inquiries, escalating complex matters where appropriate.
  • Support HR projects and people initiatives as assigned.

Recruitment & HR Excellence

  • Apply AI tools to improve recruitment productivity and HR efficiency.
  • Track recruitment performance and hiring KPIs.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Support HR process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

II. YÊU CẦU:

  • Has 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to employee lifecycle management or broader HR responsibilities.
  • Has experience recruiting in e-commerce, retail, agency, FMCG or other fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Has practical experience supporting onboarding, offboarding or other HR administrative processes.
  • Has strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Uses AI tools confidently in daily work.
  • Speaks fluent Vietnamese and professional English.
