Job Overview

Infinium Associates is seeking a Mid-Level Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for our South Delhi location, specifically in New Friends Colony. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, to engage and hire exceptional talent for our clients across various industries.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing, interview process management, and effective applicant tracking systems usage.
  • Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, placements, and outreach efforts (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent offer negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for candidates and clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong interviewing skills to accurately assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems to manage and facilitate the recruitment process efficiently.
  • Competency in conducting effective candidate assessments to evaluate potential and motivation.
  • Skilled in Boolean search techniques to source and identify qualified candidates from various platforms.
  • Experience in leveraging data-driven recruiting strategies to optimize hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter for efficient candidate sourcing.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles across key industries.
  • Utilize advanced recruitment tools and methodologies to identify and attract top-tier talent efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationships.
  • Negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts to ensure alignment between candidates and client expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance recruitment efforts and organizational success.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless integration and onboarding of new hires into client organizations.
