 We’re looking for a strategic and people-driven Senior Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Officer (Band 4T) to join our HR team reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager.

Overall Job Definition

In this role, you’ll lead recruitment efforts across all levels of the bank while driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and internal culture. Main Responsibilities:

 Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy

·         Manage full-cycle recruitment across all departments, from entry-level to executive roles.

·         Partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs and align hiring with business goals.

·         Ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

·         Utilize data-driven recruitment practices and track KPIs to optimize hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.

·         Manage relationships with recruitment partners, job fairs, and universities for pipeline development.

 Drive Employer Branding

·         Drive employer branding efforts to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness in the job market

·         Develop and execute employer branding campaigns that reflect our values and culture.

·         Collaborate with internal teams to share authentic employee stories and success journeys.

·         Position the bank as an employer of choice in the financial services industry.

Champion Employee Engagement

·         Design, implement, and monitor engagement programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

·         Monitor engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

·         Support change management initiatives that impact employee experience and engagement.

·         Foster a culture of advocacy and internal mobility.



Requirements

Competencies / Skills:


·         3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement, ideally within banking or financial services.

·         Proven track record in leading recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.

·         Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.

·         Highly organized, results-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.

·         Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and learn quickly.

·         A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive mindset.

·         Solid understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and industry best practices.

·         Proficiency in recruitment platforms and digital tools.
