We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a contractual basis. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Head HR to drive talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job profiling to offer stage
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and engage with candidates
• Experience in TA and Pan African Lens 
• Telecommunications experience 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR consulting within the Telco, HR, and IT sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
