- Work with the top management, provide innovative solutions to solve complex problems and be proactive in your approach.
- Have knowledge on various US hiring terms such as 1099, C2C and W2.
- Knowledge on Boolean search and keyword search using recruitment tools.
- Create an executive pipeline and maintain relationship with potential candidates.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical and non-technical positions across Canada, and the USA.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Utilize Zoho Recruit for candidate management, job postings, and tracking recruitment progress.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends and hiring practices in Canada, and the USA.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT and Non IT recruitment.
- Expertise in bulk hiring and staff augmentation.
- Familiarity with international hiring practices, particularly for Canada and the USA.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
