Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Talent Specialist with a strong background in US Healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining recruitment trackers, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, and meeting defined KPIs and hiring targets. This role requires strong organizational skills, reporting expertise, and the ability to proactively source and engage qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Proactively source resumes through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

  • Conduct daily outreach to potential candidates for open US healthcare positions to close about 6-7 vacancies each month.

  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and compliance criteria.

  • Share qualified resumes with hiring managers as per defined KPIs and turnaround time targets.

  • Ensure continuous pipeline building for critical healthcare roles.

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Schedule interviews (phone/video/in-person) and ensure proper coordination.

  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment status.

  • Maintain professional communication throughout the candidate lifecycle.

3. Reporting & Tracker Management

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers on a daily basis.

  • Track KPIs such as resume submissions, interviews scheduled, offers released, and closures.

  • Present daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports to leadership.

  • Ensure data accuracy and real-time updates in recruitment dashboards.

4. Performance & KPI Management

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly resume submission and interview scheduling targets.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups to reduce hiring cycle time.

  • Improve sourcing efficiency and quality of submissions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–6+ years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of US healthcare roles (RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Allied Health, etc.).

  • Familiarity with US time zones and healthcare compliance requirements. Shift - 5 - 2:30 am IST

  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.

  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
