Senior Recruiter / Team Leader

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter / Team Lead to drive full-cycle hiring for mid to executive roles across multiple countries and business units. This is a key role for someone who loves ownership, structure, and leadership — combining strategic vision with hands-on recruitment excellence.

Responsibilities

•  Lead end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level roles across multiple business units and countries.

• Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies — LinkedIn, X-ray search, industry communities, events, and referrals.

• Partner with hiring managers to advise on market trends, compensation insights, and hiring strategies.

• Maintain ATS (Recruitee) excellence — ensuring data accuracy, structured notes, and meaningful analytics.

• Continuously optimize recruitment processes — test, measure, and refine to increase efficiency and candidate quality.

• Mentor and support the recruitment team, fostering professional growth, process ownership, and collaboration.

• Champion our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience (NPS).

•  6+ years of proven experience in recruitment, successfully managing hard-to-fill and multi-country searches.

• Strong command of recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and data-driven hiring analytics.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior recruiters, build recruitment playbooks, and drive best-practice adoption.

• High level of adaptability, thriving across diverse roles, business domains, and cultural contexts.

Would be a plus

• Proven experience in leading and developing a recruitment team, with a focus on performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• DISC or equivalent psychometric certification, demonstrating strong understanding of behavioral and competency-based assessment
