Job Description: non-IT Recruiter
A non-IT recruiter is required to connect with potential candidates online and offline for current open roles, screen applications, support hiring managers, and coordinate the hiring process end-to-end. In a nutshell, they will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience. If you have prior experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we would like to work with you.
They will need to create and publish job ads in various portals, must have an excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools, job sites such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc., networking sites, and other sourcing methods.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for END 2 END recruitment lifecycle
2. Analyse the JDs, Understand client’s requirement, Post advertisements
3. Source, Screen & Evaluate applicants to shortlist candidates & forward shortlisted profiles to clients
4. Co-ordinate with clients/Candidates for conducting interviews, Selection & negotiating offers
5. Prepare & Share daily reports to all stakeholders
6. Maintain internal candidate database
Desired Candidate profile:
1. Any Graduate with 3-5 years of core experience in non-IT recruitment
2. Skilled in sourcing and Screening techniques
3. Effective & Clear communication with negotiating skills
4. Hands on experience in Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp etc..)
5. Must be proactive, Independent, Self-motivating, Positive, Organized & Responsible
6. Must be willing to work in fast paced & set targets environment
Compensation: As per Company standards
