  • Own hiring strategy for Technology & Data roles end-to-end

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape workforce plans and priorities

  • Deliver high-impact talent with strong pipelines

  • Use AI, data & market insights to influence hiring decisions

  • Build scalable sourcing strategies, not just fill roles

  • Raise the bar on candidate experience and hiring quality

  • Drive process improvements using AI and continuous optimization

Responsibilities

What You’ll Own

End-to-End Hiring Excellence (Tech & Data Focus)

  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment (intake → offer) across Technology, Data & Digital roles.

  • Build proactive pipelines for niche and future-critical skill sets.

  • Deliver high-quality, diverse slates aligned to business priorities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, not just a resume provider.

 

Strategic Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with BU leaders & HR to translate business goals into hiring strategy.

  • Influence hiring decisions using market insights, talent intelligence, and data.

  • Manage expectations confidently and navigate competing priorities with clarity.

  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous hiring needs.

 

Innovative & AI-Enabled Sourcing

  • Leverage AI tools, automation, Boolean mastery, and data insights to identify top talent.

  • Experiment with new sourcing channels and digital engagement strategies.

  • Build talent communities instead of one-off pipelines.

  • Continuously improve sourcing efficiency using analytics and technology.

 

Operational Discipline & Process Optimization

  • Use ATS/CRM systems effectively to drive visibility and clean reporting.

  • Improve hiring workflows for speed, quality, and candidate experience.

  • Track key hiring metrics and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Maintain strong governance and compliance standards.

  • 6-9 years in Talent Acquisition with strong Tech hiring experience

  • Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders - not just a recruiter

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution

  • Data-driven and AI-savvy

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and complex hiring challenges
