Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals and industry requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to attract top talent from the manufacturing, mining, and aviation sectors.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and craft tailored job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with both active and passive candidates.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience, with expertise in manufacturing and mining.
  • Previous employment within a mining company before transitioning to recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Experience in placing candidates in the aviation sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate selection methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
