JOB TITLE: Senior Recruiter
JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Recruiter at Argano play a key role in attracting and acquiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The Senior Recruiter also contributes to the development and enhancement of recruitment policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
· Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source potential candidates.
· Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
· Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
· Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Facilitate the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
· Enhance and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
· Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
· Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental goals and hiring needs.
· Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
· Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics to management.
· Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.
· Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in recruitment.
· Establish benchmarking standards for the talent acquisition team and continuously monitor and optimize recruitment metrics.
· Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies, including the management of online presence and candidate engagement, to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation.
Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Master's degree desirable or equivalent in years of experience
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership roles.
· Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level candidates.
· previous experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
· Years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on industry or specific skill sets
