Role Overview

 We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in the Indian domestic market and a focus on non-IT hiring. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building strong client relationships, and closing niche positions within tight deadlines. You will play a key role in driving successful hiring outcomes for our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements across non-IT domains.

·        Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.

·        Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong match.

·        Negotiate offers with candidates and manage smooth onboarding.

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.

·        Explore and implement new sourcing strategies to close critical positions quickly.

 

What We’re Looking For

·        3–5 years of recruitment experience in the Indian/domestic market.

·        Proven track record in non-IT hiring .

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·        Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.

·        Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under pressure.

·        Knowledge of advanced sourcing tools such as Apollo.io, Dripify, Lusha, Naukri Resdex, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be a plus.
