Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced recruiter to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment processes. This role involves full responsibility for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across a variety of tech positions, while working closely with hiring managers to understand business needs.

The position is especially suited for someone with strong familiarity with the startup ecosystem, including fast-paced environments, frequent changes, and the need for creative recruitment strategies.

Your Arena

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from defining role requirements to closing offers.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to build tailored recruitment strategies.
• Conduct advanced sourcing through social media, professional platforms, and innovative recruiting tools.
• Lead phone and in-person interviews, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and contribute to long-term talent retention initiatives.
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment journey while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

What it takes

• 4+ years of proven experience in recruiting for the tech industry - Must
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter - Must
• Experience working in global startups - understanding organizational culture, growth challenges, and recruiting under tight deadlines - Strong Advantage
• Experience hiring global teams, specifically in the USA - Strong Advantage
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• High-level English proficiency – written and spoken.
