Senior Recruiter

Position: Senior Recruiter Company: RayaCX Location: Hurghada, Egypt Contract Details: Full-time RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company, providing innovative solutions to clients around the world. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Hurghada, Egypt. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various positions within our organization. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies - Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract top talent - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role - Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates, both individually and as part of a panel - Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits, and extending offers to selected candidates - Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience - Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to attract and retain top talent - Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and HR team members Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment - Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Previous experience in the customer experience management industry is a plus Join our dynamic and diverse team at RayaCX and help us build a talented workforce that drives our success.
