Roles and responsibilities 

•Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Drive talent acquisition through job postings, headhunting, referrals, and social media sourcing.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
• Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers for timely feedback and closures.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure accurate documentation in the ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives .
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal hiring standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5 Years – 7 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a corporate or shared services setup.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and handling multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
