In this pivotal role, you will shape the employee lifecycle by designing and enhancing key internal programs and systems that foster a thriving workplace culture. You will lead strategic initiatives that promote learning, engagement, and operational excellence within a dynamic and growing organization. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will architect programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring the company remains a competitive player in the industry. Accountabilities
- Architect and lead internal programs that enhance the employee lifecycle.
- Define and own strategy for Learning & Development and performance management.
- Develop systems that leverage AI and automation for better operational efficiency.
- Implement and optimize People systems and communication strategies.
- Drive engagement and culture-building initiatives across a distributed workforce.
- Establish frameworks and processes for core People cycles.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Program Management roles.
- Demonstrated success in scaling people programs in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record in optimizing People systems (HRIS, LMS, etc.).
- Strong project and program management skills with an ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
- Highly data-driven, with experience in building insights and KPIs.
- Experience in partnering with executive stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
