Your mission

As the Senior Manager, Employer Branding at UiPath, you will be the driving force behind how the world sees us as an employer. You will craft and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that attracts top talent, strengthens our reputation, and brings our culture and values to life across all channels. Reporting directly to the hiring manager, you will lead a team of 5 and play a pivotal role in shaping UiPath's talent brand across the US. In addition to employer branding, this role will include elements of Talent Acquisition Operations, partnering closely with TA teams to optimize processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Develop and lead UiPath's global employer branding strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, values, and talent acquisition goals

  • Create compelling content across multiple platforms (social media, careers site, video, blogs) that showcases UiPath's culture, people, and opportunities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and HR teams to deliver cohesive messaging and campaigns

  • Manage employer brand presence on key platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed, monitoring and improving ratings and engagement

  • Design and execute employee advocacy programs that empower team members to share their stories

  • Analyze employer brand metrics and market trends to continuously refine strategy and measure ROI

  • Lead employer branding initiatives for key events, conferences, and university partnerships

  • Manage external agency relationships and vendor partnerships as needed

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 employer branding professionals

  • Collaborate with TA Operations to streamline recruiting workflows, improve candidate experience, and ensure brand consistency throughout the hiring process

  • Support TA Operations initiatives such as recruitment marketing analytics, ATS optimization, and reporting on talent pipeline health

What you'll bring to the team

  • 5+ years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of people management experience

  • Proven track record of building and executing employer brand strategies at scale

  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills across digital and social channels

  • Experience with employer brand measurement tools and analytics

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
