Our Human Resources professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work with the business to drive success in the marketplace.

Work you'll do

  • Promote sport programs and training, such as sport training, and support sport competitions and matchs to enhance employee well-being;
  • Partner with various department to support engagement activities with team-specific goals and to ensure maximum participation;
    Draft and prepare budget proposals and related emails for management approval, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities;
  • Develop, draft, and manage internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged about organizational updates, initiatives, and achievements;
  • Oversee the planning and execution of staff engagement activities, including workshops, festival celebrations, and distribution of gifts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while enhancing employee experiences;
  • Source and liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all logistical details are handled efficiently and effectively;
  • Create promotional materials and campaigns to effectively communicate upcoming events and encourage employee participation.

We are looking for someone with

 

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas: 

  • At least 5 years' experience in Human Resources functions, with focus in the staff engagement area, gained from sizable multinational companies, regional exposure would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the latest and innovative HR practices in the market and the ability to apply the knowledge;
  • Embraces change and able to effectively address new challenges through making practical decisions and proposals;
  • Sound interpersonal skills with proven track record of communicating effectively with people at different levels;
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • A high degree of maturity and self-motivation;
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and to mobilize the team to achieve quality results;
  • Good command of both English and Chinese.  Proficiency in Putonghua is a definite advantage.
