  • Support onboarding and induction processes from a culture lens, ensuring new joiners feel welcomed, connected, and aligned with Blink’s ethos.

  • Own key employee touchpoints across the employee lifecycle from joining to exit, including onboarding experience, check-ins, milestones, celebrations, and exits.

  • Manage compliant exit processes, including resignations, exit interviews, access removal, asset recovery, Full & Final settlements, and issuing of relieving letters.

  • Support the design and delivery of learning, training, and organisational development interventions by identifying needs, coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and supporting post-session reporting.

  • Support managers with people-development initiatives and learning interventions.

  • Conceptualise and implement innovative people and culture initiatives aligned with agency growth and evolving business needs.

  • Benchmark culture practices with other agencies and stay updated on emerging people and culture trends.

  • Support DEI, well-being, and inclusive workplace initiatives where applicable.

  • Manage POSH registrations for new joiners, ensure completion of mandatory training modules, handle annual POSH filings, and coordinate POSH records for onboarding and exits.

  • Coordinate with managers, HR partners, and leadership to ensure smooth execution of people and culture initiatives aligned with business goals.

  • Coordinate and conduct Hobby Tribe sessions and activities, and maintain attendance records in the master sheet.

  • Maintain culture calendars, trackers, documentation, and support the use and upkeep of HR systems and engagement tools.

  • Support employer branding initiatives internally (and externally where required).

  • Assist with change-related initiatives by coordinating communication, tracking adoption, and reinforcing activities.

  • Help document and standardise ways of working, culture playbooks, and people practices.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
