At Blink Digital, the Senior HR Executive is responsible for shaping, strengthening, and sustaining the agency’s people-first culture. This role focuses on engagement, belonging, learning, and internal community-building to ensure employees feel connected, motivated, and aligned with Blink’s values in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Support the planning and execution of culture, engagement, and organisational development initiatives under the guidance of HR leadership, including internal events, festivals, team activities, off-sites, and recognition moments.
Drive Blink’s agency culture across teams by reinforcing values, behaviours, and ways of working, and encourage participation to ensure high engagement across locations and teams.
Support organisation-wide surveys, pulse checks, and diagnostics by collecting data, analysing themes, and summarising insights.
Assist in translating employee feedback into actionable recommendations and experience improvements to enhance engagement, morale, and retention.
Track engagement and OD outcomes, participation, and feedback, and report progress against defined success measures to stakeholders.
Support onboarding and induction processes from a culture lens, ensuring new joiners feel welcomed, connected, and aligned with Blink’s ethos.
Own key employee touchpoints across the employee lifecycle from joining to exit, including onboarding experience, check-ins, milestones, celebrations, and exits.
Manage compliant exit processes, including resignations, exit interviews, access removal, asset recovery, Full & Final settlements, and issuing of relieving letters.
Support the design and delivery of learning, training, and organisational development interventions by identifying needs, coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and supporting post-session reporting.
Support managers with people-development initiatives and learning interventions.
Conceptualise and implement innovative people and culture initiatives aligned with agency growth and evolving business needs.
Benchmark culture practices with other agencies and stay updated on emerging people and culture trends.
Support DEI, well-being, and inclusive workplace initiatives where applicable.
Manage POSH registrations for new joiners, ensure completion of mandatory training modules, handle annual POSH filings, and coordinate POSH records for onboarding and exits.
Coordinate with managers, HR partners, and leadership to ensure smooth execution of people and culture initiatives aligned with business goals.
Coordinate and conduct Hobby Tribe sessions and activities, and maintain attendance records in the master sheet.
Maintain culture calendars, trackers, documentation, and support the use and upkeep of HR systems and engagement tools.
Support employer branding initiatives internally (and externally where required).
Assist with change-related initiatives by coordinating communication, tracking adoption, and reinforcing activities.
Help document and standardise ways of working, culture playbooks, and people practices.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Has prior experience in culture, engagement, or people experience roles (agency or creative environment preferred).
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, and evolving environment.
Has a strong understanding of employee engagement, culture-building, and people practices.
Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships across teams and levels.
