We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to drive and scale our global recruitment efforts. This role combines strategic ownership with direct execution - leading recruitment activities across multiple regions while managing and mentoring a team of recruiters in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, and Israel.

You will act as a key business partner to leadership, own hiring strategy and planning, and ensure alignment, consistency, and high standards across all locations.

  • Hire with option to lead and manage a team of recruiters across Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, and Israel - providing guidance, mentorship, prioritization, and performance oversight.
  • Co-own and drive the global hiring roadmap in alignment with business objectives and headcount planning.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, market positioning, and recruitment priorities.
  • Maintain a strong hands-on approach - actively source, conduct screening calls, and manage key or complex roles directly.
  • Standardize recruitment processes, ensure consistency across regions, and implement best practices.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee candidate experience standards across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and optimize usage of ATS (Comeet) and recruitment tools.
  • Support workforce planning and hiring forecasting with leadership.
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a global tech environment.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring recruiters (direct or indirect management).
  • Strong hands-on sourcing capabilities for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across regions and time zones.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with ATS systems (Comeet is a strong advantage).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a high level of ownership.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
