In this role, you will be a vital contributor to the People Operations Team, ensuring that global People Shared Service Center processes are effective and efficient. Your expertise as a subject matter expert will drive improvements across regions, enhancing collaboration and operational excellence. You'll lead projects, engage with cross-functional teams, and provide leadership support when necessary, making a significant impact on the organization and bolstering our global initiatives.

Accountabilities

    • Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for People SSC processes.
    • Lead and execute regional and global projects focusing on optimization and efficiency.
    • Design and implement scalable business processes aligned with global standards.
    • Collaborate with HR and other partners to ensure compliance and efficiency.
    • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Audit data for accuracy and completeness, driving corrective actions.
    • Lead onboarding and training for new hires and team members.
    • Manage ad-hoc initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
    • Provide Tier 1 support for People Operations related Jira tickets.

Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global Support or a related position.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis functions.
    • Experience with systems like Jira, SAP, and Workday; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience managing multi-region processes within a People Operations environment.
    • Leadership mindset and ability to mentor team members.
