This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Global People Operations Support - REMOTE. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to the People Operations Team, ensuring that global People Shared Service Center processes are effective and efficient. Your expertise as a subject matter expert will drive improvements across regions, enhancing collaboration and operational excellence. You'll lead projects, engage with cross-functional teams, and provide leadership support when necessary, making a significant impact on the organization and bolstering our global initiatives.
Accountabilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for People SSC processes.
- Lead and execute regional and global projects focusing on optimization and efficiency.
- Design and implement scalable business processes aligned with global standards.
- Collaborate with HR and other partners to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Audit data for accuracy and completeness, driving corrective actions.
- Lead onboarding and training for new hires and team members.
- Manage ad-hoc initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide Tier 1 support for People Operations related Jira tickets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global Support or a related position.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis functions.
- Experience with systems like Jira, SAP, and Workday; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multi-region processes within a People Operations environment.
- Leadership mindset and ability to mentor team members.
