What We’re Looking For:
A forward-thinking Senior Director of Learning & Talent Development to build and lead a modern learning strategy that strengthens our organizational capabilities and prepares our teams for the future. This role is ideal for a hands-on, resourceful L&D leader who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to create meaningful impact
You will lead a small team, partner closely with business and HR leaders, and design high-impact programs, whether built in-house or curated from external partners, that close performance gaps, develop new skills, and elevate leadership readiness across the organization. Experience in hospitality or service-driven industries is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do:
Learning Strategy & Organizational Capability
Conduct a company-wide assessment to identify skill gaps, future talent needs, and priority development areas.
Build and execute a multi-year learning strategy aligned with business goals and organizational goals
Establish clear success measures and track ROI for all learning initiatives.
Identify critical capabilities needed for the future of the business and build programs that strengthen leadership and functional excellence.
Program Development & Implementation
Design and deliver scalable learning programs across leadership, frontline development, and onboarding.
Identify and manage external learning partners, content providers, and facilitators when external expertise is needed.
Implement innovative delivery methods including digital learning, microlearning, cohort programs, and blended experiences.
Ensure learning programs are engaging, practical, and directly connected to business performance.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, growth, and internal career mobility.
Learning Systems & Technology
Oversee and optimize the LMS to ensure strong adoption, user experience, and reporting.
Leverage learning data and analytics to guide decisions and improve program effectiveness.
Explore innovative technologies and learning tools that enhance accessibility and engagement.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, coach, and develop the L&D team.
Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to tailor development solutions to business needs.
Serve as a strategic advisor on leadership readiness, capability building, and talent development.
Your Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field is preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development is required.
Proven success building learning strategies and programs in resource-constrained environments with measurable business impact.
Experience leading small teams and partnering with senior leaders.
Strong knowledge of LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and learning analytics, Workday experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience designing effective leadership and skill-based programs.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Experience working with external learning providers, universities, or leadership development partners.
Exposure to change management or organizational effectiveness.
Background in hospitality, service, or other customer-centric industries strongly preferred.
Professional certifications in learning, talent development, coaching, or organizational development preferred
