JOB SUMMARY:

Provides support to Team Members and leaders in person, by email, chat, and phone. Responds to inquiries related to Talent & Culture programs, events, policies, procedures, and transactions while delivering exceptional service. Coordinates global recognition programs and property-wide engagement activities. Manages logistics for training scheduling, space allocation, orientation materials, training setup, and Team Member scheduling. Maintains Talent Development databases, tracks supplies within budget, and supports overall team operations. Inputs and maintains training data, reports, and rosters.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as a primary contact for Team Members and managers, providing timely, professional support across in‑person, phone, chat, and email channels, and resolving inquiries using established policies and procedures. Provides timely resolution of issues through knowledge, research, procedures, policy manuals, standards of practice, problem solving and other reference materials while ensuring a positive Team Member experience for those being served. Provides guidance on Talent Development processes, assists with rescheduling, and resolves training-related inquiries through problem-solving and collaboration with internal partners.
  • Administers global recognition and perk programs and supports Team Member Experience events by coordinating logistics, documentation, communications, and reporting. Collaborates with internal and external partners, maintains accurate documentation, and provides reporting, assessments, and feedback to improve future offerings. Supports Team Member Experience events, overseeing logistics, communications, and issue resolution.
  • Supports orientations and classroom training by preparing materials, setting up and resetting training spaces, assisting facilitators, and coordinating with internal departments and external vendors. Manages scheduling and logistics for training rooms and alternate spaces, ensuring proper maintenance of rooms and equipment through coordination with facilities and technical teams. Creates and distributes training calendars and ensures all classes are accurately built and tracked in the Learning Management System for proper attendance and reporting.
  • Performs data entry and quality checks in the Learning Management System, timekeeping system, and other related systems; generates weekly and monthly reports and maintains accurate case documentation and categorization. Creates and updates presentations as needed.
  • Reviews knowledge database and alerts leadership team to missing or incorrect information in order to respond to specific questions. Conducts frequent review of knowledge articles, FAQs, policies, and procedures to provide feedback on process improvements to leadership as well as identify steps needed to respond to Team Member questions. Assists with the completion and review of area SOPs.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ years Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
