Senior/ Business Strategy Manager (Talent Development, Training)

Responsibilities:
Drive human resources operational excellence and support business goals
Provide advisory services on talent management, performance and employee development
Partner with business leaders to identify talent and build robust talent pipelines
Lead and manage talent review and succession planning processes
Drive change management processes to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
Design learning framework, identify development needs and develop solutions
Promote the Bank of China Talent branding through effective channels
Monitor and analyze talent metrics with insightful management reporting
Champion corporate culture initiatives and drive employee engagement programs
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Business or Human Resources, or related field is preferred
Strong HR advisory and stakeholder management experience, preferably in banking or financial services
Proven experience in talent management and L&D practices
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
