Job Description:
1. People Experience & HR Support
Provide hands-on coordination for people experience workshops and employee engagement activities.
Assist in maintaining and updating the HR G-Site (internal Google site) to help ensure the platform is intuitive, visually appealing, and serves as a "go-to" resource for employee information.
2. Office Administration & Asset Management
Help maintain a professional office environment, which includes conducting asset inventories and tracking office equipment.
Manage the distribution and tracking of business mail and express shipments, ensuring timely delivery of critical documents.
Support management by drafting and formatting reports and presentations. You will use professional software tools to ensure all communications are polished and brand-compliant.
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the daily smooth running of the Beijing office.
3. EHS management and activity
Support the planning, implementation and promotion of various EHS activities (including safety training, emergency drills, awareness campaigns, etc.), actively put forward creative and feasible ideas to enrich activity forms, content and participation, and improve employees’EHS awareness and engagement.
Cooperate with the EHS manager and part-timers to complete other assigned administrative and project support work.
4. EHS procedure management maintenance
Be responsible for the classification, filing, sorting and systematic management of EHS documents, manuals, procedures and materials.
Assist in the translation, proofreading and timely update of EHS official documents, bilingual materials and policy files.
Collect, record, archive and properly keep all kinds of EHS records (including inspection records, training records, accident records, etc.) to ensure data integrity and traceability.
