Our Human Resources professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work with the business to drive success in the marketplace.

Work you'll do

• Work with recruiters to facilitate recruitment of selected positions in Hong Kong and Macau;
• Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to provide high quality candidates for open positions;
• Manage and engage talents for all relevant roles;
• Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders;
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (recruiters, interviewers) and manage an efficient model of operation;
• Conduct market intelligence and map talent to build a strong candidate database.

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
• 1 - 3 year(s) sourcing or staffing experiences with a search firm or in-house recruiting team;
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Detail oriented and good organizational skills;
• Self-driven and good problem-solving skills;
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
