We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and help guide them through the initial intake and consultation process.

Position Summary

The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing prospective client inquiries, conducting intake conversations, nurturing leads, scheduling consultations, and supporting client conversion efforts. This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping the firm achieve its growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone, and has experience working in a consultative sales, business development, intake, or client services environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct intake conversations to gather information and determine alignment with firm services.
  • Schedule consultations with attorneys and ensure prospective clients are prepared for their appointments.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up with prospective clients, referrals, event attendees, and other leads.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records within the firm's CRM and intake systems.
  • Monitor and manage lead activity to support consultation scheduling and client retention goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners and firm leadership regarding lead quality, referral sources, and conversion trends.
  • Support follow-up efforts related to seminars, webinars, community events, and referral partnerships.
  • Coordinate communication with referral sources and professional partners as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a consultative sales, business development, client intake, account management, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively by phone and build rapport with prospective clients.
  • Experience managing follow-up activities and maintaining accurate records within a CRM or similar system.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based business applications.

Preferred

  • Experience in legal services, financial services, insurance, healthcare, real estate, or other professional service industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM and intake management systems such as Lawmatics, CallRail, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting lead conversion, consultation scheduling, or client onboarding processes.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote. Candidates located in the Atlanta metropolitan area are preferred and may occasionally participate in in-person meetings, training sessions, or firm events.

Standard business hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional flexibility may be required to support firm events or client needs.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and video conferencing.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of $45,000 - $55,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Performance-based incentive opportunities.
