POSITION SUMMARY: Mariani Premier Group is seeking a full-time Regional Human Resources Director to support our Northeast Region. The Regional HR Director will play a key role in shaping our company's strategic planning and operations in the Northeast Region. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment laws, and supporting a culture of excellence that aligns with our core values.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day to day direction to a team of Northeast HR Managers in areas of compliance, employee relations, business process standardization, process improvement, etc.
  • Partner with NE Regional President to align HR priorities and business goals.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to formulate HR objectives and strategies aligned with organizational goals. Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Serve as a consultant to managers and employees regarding HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to managers in resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution. Mediate management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Oversee onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a superior experience. Drive compliance with new hire paperwork for bi-weekly and weekly staff, including data entry into Workday for payroll and employment tracking.
  • Support managers in establishing performance goals, conducting evaluations, and delivering feedback. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and aligns with organizational goals.
  • Identify and address training and development needs, coordinating suitable programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital.
  • Direct HR initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and talent development programs. Analyze HR metrics and trends to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop corresponding action plans.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, mitigating risks and overseeing HR policies, programs, and practices.
  • Contribute to HR projects and the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR or an MBA is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of demonstrated HR leadership experience as an HR Director or similar role. Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Northeast Region, with knowledge of local employment conditions and legal requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage HR teams across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional compliance
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications; familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership abilities coupled with strategic thinking. Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
