Your responsibilities
- conducting full recruitment processes in SSC/BPO area (finance & accounting, sales support, procurement, IT);
- sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing candidates in recruitment processes;
- being responsible for Employer Branding and communications topics (e.g. Social Media, job fairs, company's website, internal SharePoint pages);
- cooperation with external and internal stakeholders (e.g. Universities, agencies) and suppliers;
- other assigned duties from HR area.
Our requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR area, especially recruitment & EB;
- very good communication skills;
- good written and oral communication in Polish and English (min. B2 level);
- University degree (preferably Psychology, Human Resources, Journalism and Social Communication) as an asset;
- assertiveness and high level of independence;
- team-player able to work in cross cultural team;
- willingness to work on a fixed-term employment contract (1.5 year, with a chance for a longer cooperation if possible).
