Our Human Resources professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work with the business to drive success in the marketplace.

Work you'll do

 

  • Understanding the resourcing needs and requirements
  • Suggesting suitable resourcing channels 
  • Screening applications, conducting interviews and coordinating necessary assessments; 
  • Identifying and appointing the suitable candidates
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, other service providers and internal clients; 
  • Work closely with the Experienced Hire managers to develop and manage a strategic sourcing strategy for the designated Line of Service
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects 
  • Any other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone with

 

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas: 

  • Bachelor degree holder or above
  • Minimum four years of experience as a recruitment specialist; preferably in a service or multinational environment
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both spoken and written are essential
  • Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to build strong client relationships
  • Client focused with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility; 
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • A team player with a “can do” attitude
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands
