As we continue to expand our business, an opportunity has become available for a Project Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Own a major business model change project end to end, rolling out key platform products across new business units.

Define and maintain a clear roadmap and detailed work plan across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, milestones and critical paths.

Set up and run project governance, including RACI, communications planning and SteerCo cadence; provide consistent status, risk and executive updates.

Maintain an active RAID log with clear owners, due dates, and mitigation plans.

Build strong relationships and ensure alignment across time zones, functions and business units, including Product, Tech, Marketing, Retail, Sales, Client Success, Legal, Compliance, Support, Implementation and Finance.

Develop a broad understanding of operating models and processes across teams to support new business units as they establish their own operations.

Maintain updated training materials and guides from subject matter experts to support rollouts.

Apply industry best practices, standards and methodologies throughout project execution.

Measure project performance and lead retrospectives, incorporating learnings into updated playbooks, templates and frameworks for future rollouts.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience managing large expansion or transformation projects in a complex digital, multi-stakeholder environment.

Strong planning skills with a structured, process-led approach to managing multiple tasks and projects.

Demonstrated ability to own processes from initiation through to successful delivery.

Broad digital experience within an employee engagement, SaaS or platform environment.

Proven ability to operate effectively in both traditional corporate settings and more progressive cultures.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar qualification.

Confident working with senior stakeholders across Product, Tech, Marketing, Retail, Sales, Client Success, Legal, Compliance, Support, Implementation and Finance.

Willingness to learn and confidence in tackling unfamiliar tasks.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time to support project rollouts.
