Agropur is looking for a Production Supervisor – Workforce Planning to join its Beauceville team. The Production Supervisor – Workforce Planning is responsible for planning, organizing, and following up on production department operations. This role supports workforce planning activities and acts as a replacement Production Supervisor when required.

• Salary range 004: $73,000 to $91,200(Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills.)

 

How you will contribute to collective success:

 

• Perform supervisory replacements within the management team as needed

• Manage daily activities to ensure smooth operations across departments

• Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GFSI), health and safety, and environmental requirements

• Replace and support the Scheduling Technician when required

• Coordinate payroll execution for employees

• Ensure all health, safety, and quality requirements are met

• Maintain and update employee workwear and uniforms

• Contribute to the development of a continuous improvement culture across plant departments

 

The type of team player who fits with the team:

 

• College (DEC) or university degree in a relevant field

• Strong computer skills (SAP, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)

• Availability to work replacement shifts on day, evening, night, and weekends
