In this role, you will own the design and delivery of the employee talent development ecosystem, ensuring that employees and leaders have effective pathways for growth. You will partner with various leaders to support talent density and business strategy, leveraging your strong facilitation and coaching skills. As a trusted advisor, you will shape the developmental needs of the organization while maintaining significant autonomy to drive impactful learning experiences.
Accountabilities
- Own and evolve the talent development domain, including career and leadership development programs.
- Design and oversee impactful learning experiences that enhance employee capability and engagement.
- Establish clear frameworks and pathways to support career development and internal mobility.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align employee and organizational development strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and leadership programs to improve team effectiveness and trust.
- Coach leaders to enhance development conversations and practices.
- Define success metrics for initiatives and leverage data for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Talent Development or similar fields.
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-level talent development initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, particularly in leadership development.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and career development practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
