Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, contracts, and documentation.
Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with external providers.
Help organize onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.
Contribute to internal communication and culture initiatives, such as events and feedback cycles.
Research and implement HR best practices and digital tools to improve efficiency.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding People Ops topics.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
First experience in HR, office management, or operations is a plus.
Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable — with a proactive mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international startup environment.
Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
