DescriptionJob Purpose
The People Operations Intern will support across multiple HR functions, providing administrative, coordination, reporting, and data management support. The role is designed to provide exposure to the full employee lifecycle while ensuring efficient day-to-day HR operations.

- Places Safety as a true north, while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.
- Will ensure that safety protocols are always adhered to.
Role Duties
Employee Experience & Day to Day Operations
- Collect and consolidate monthly timesheets for payroll preparation.
- Track employee attendance and prepare required reports.
- Assist in onboarding & offboarding process.
- Prepare HR presentations for monthly reviews.
Talent Acquisition
- Source and screen CVs and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Talent Management
- Maintain development plan trackers and matrices.
- Follow up with employees and managers on development plan progress.
- Support on the development plan implementation.
- Support documentation and communication related to performance management.
Benefits Management
- Maintain and update medical insurance trackers and documentation.
- Organize benefits documentation and maintain filing structure.
- Support data cleaning on regular basis.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience, including internships or relevant practical training.
Contract Type / Duration
- Limited time contract for (6) months.
