As a People Operations - Talent Acquisition Enablement and Onboarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and overseeing the day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving and escalating inquiries as needed, and contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes and systems.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also mentor junior staff and develop skills outside your comfort zone, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding compliance and recruitment operations, including key background screening and personal independence requirements.
- Oversee and improve the joiner experience from offer acceptance through day one, including operational components such as interview scheduling, offer creation, background checks, and onboarding readiness.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders to ensure effective handoffs, alignment, and service delivery.
- Managing the onboarding process to support employee transitions effectively
- Overseeing employee record-keeping and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Addressing and resolving employee inquiries and issues in line with HR protocols
- Implementing HR processes and systems to enhance workforce support
- Analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvement within HR operations
- Leading teams in executing HR-related transactions and administrative activities
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and enhance performance
- Utilizing HR software and metrics to drive data-informed decision-making
- Facilitating employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives
What You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience leading teams.
- Knowledge of People Operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong experience and skills related to technology, AI, automation and tools such as the Microsoft Power Platform are essential.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
