Program Overview:
Accelevation is committed to developing the future leaders of our organization, and as part of that commitment, we are proud to offer our Co-op and Internship Program. Throughout your experience as an Accelevation intern, you'll receive one-on-one mentorship and valuable opportunities to build your skills and confidence through meaningful, real-world projects that make an impact on the business.
In addition to your internship project assignment, you’ll participate in dedicated roundtable discussions with Accelevation executives and senior leaders, Lunch and Learn presentations delivered by various leaders on their respective areas of the business, and outings with your peers.
Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates may be considered for full-time opportunities with Accelevation following graduation.
The duration of this internship is May 25th, 2026 through August 14th, 2026.
People Operations Intern: Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a People Operations (Payroll & Benefits) Intern, you’ll support our People Operations team and assist in the administration and auditing of payroll, benefits, and related employee lifecycle processes. You’ll support payroll data entry and audits to ensure accuracy and timely processing, assist with benefits administration including enrollments, terminations, and employee inquiries, and maintain HRIS records for payroll and benefits. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the essential HR functions that directly impact employee well-being and compliance.
