As a key member of the HR team in Sofia, you will navigate between both the strategic partnering and the operational excellence of our workforce. Reporting to the HROps Regional Lead, you will collaborate with international stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee experience (couriers and staff).
In this role, you’ll balance high-level functional strategy with the hands-on management of the HR team. We are looking for someone who embodies our value to care, ensuring our teams are supported through robust policies and efficient administration. Your focus on teamwork to deliver will be essential as we scale our local operations.
We don't expect you to know our whole stack from the beginning, we are looking for curious and passionate individuals who like to learn new things while having a positive impact on their collaborators.
