What you'll be doing
From the moment someone accepts their offer, you'll be the thread connecting every milestone that follows — onboarding, changes, promotions, recognition, and all the moments in between.
Day to day, you'll be the go-to for employee queries, keeping our HRIS humming with clean, accurate data, partnering with Payroll to keep things timely, and supporting the compliance and documentation that keeps us compliant with Australian employment law.
But this role is more than process management. You'll be a genuine contributor to culture — helping bring recognition programs, performance cycles, and engagement initiatives to life. You'll also have the opportunity to identify where our processes can be smarter, leaner, and more human — and actually do something about it.
You'll also get involved in People projects that span the business. If variety is your thing, you've found your role.
