About the Role

As a People Operations Partner, you will provide operational People & Culture support to assigned locations while coordinating one functional People Operations area across the South Europe & Americas region.

Working closely with managers, employees and colleagues across countries, you will ensure consistent delivery of People processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our regional operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver operational People & Culture support across assigned locations.
• Coordinate one functional People Operations area across the region.
• Support managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, performance and learning activities.
• Support employee relations topics and ensure compliance with local legislation.
• Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across countries to ensure consistent service delivery.

Who are you?

We are looking for a candidate that have not only worked in an international environment, but a multi international environment and has a firm understanding of performance process. In this role there is a focus on finding a candidate that can be proactive and run a performance review process, but also give their input on how we create and react to them.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in operational Human Resources.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in Performance Management and Learning & Development.
• Experience supporting Employee Relations matters.
• Experience working in multinational, multi-site and matrix organisations.
• Good knowledge of French employment legislation.
• Fluent French and professional English (mandatory).
