We are looking for a People Operations Officer to join our People team.

Title: People Operations Officer

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London

You will collaborate with managers and colleagues across Anthony Nolan to provide guidance and support throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle. Your role will be evenly divided between HR operations and recruitment support, and will include the following responsibilities:

• Administering the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual amendments.

• Assisting the Recruitment Manager with posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and initiating recruitment processes.

• Advising on benefits, policies, terms and conditions, and related procedures.

• Ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of data within our HR and recruitment platforms.

• Delivering reports and insights related to People functions.
