Role & Responsibilities
Employee Experience:
- Manage welfare budget control
- Plan, prepare and execute company events, happy hours, offsites, hackathons, gifts, welfare benefits and other celebrations.
- Maintain internal communication – updates, guidelines, and celebrations that connect people and strengthen culture.
- Lead employee experience projects that enhance engagement, belonging, and organizational efficiency.
- Be attentive to employees’ needs, proactively initiate and implement changes that strengthen engagement.
Operations:
- Lead the search, office transition and design of new office space — shaping an environment that inspires productivity and collaboration.
- Oversee day-to-day operations Manage vendors, contracts including cleaning, maintenance, supplies, workspace design, food and beverages.
- Handle procurement of office and IT equipment — making sure employees have what they need to work efficiently.
- Manage basic IT operations: user setup, access management, and tracking registrations across company systems.
- Own onboarding and off-boarding logistics – workstations, access, and welcome kits that set the tone from day one.
- Provide operational support to employees worldwide, ensuring smooth processes and quick responses across time zones.
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role
- An experience in a growing startup environment – preferred
- High-energy, positive, and genuinely loves bringing joy to others.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Strong sense of order, structure, and process – you make complexity look easy.
- Proven experience in vendor management, negotiation, and budget control.
- Excellent English (spoken and written).
- A proactive, positive, and dependable team player with a “get-things-done” mindset.
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, evolving environment, on-site 4 days a week.
