People Operations Manager - Europe

The People Operations Manager delivers operational excellence across our pan-European People function.

This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, managing critical People processes, and supporting key initiatives across multiple European jurisdictions.

About the role

• Manage the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable People Operations initiatives
• Design and implement transactional processes Ensure compliance with country-specific employment legislation and internal policies. 
• Provide expert advice on People-related matters, including employee relations, country specific legislation and key People administrative matters.
• Supervise the execution of employee life-cycle processes (onboarding, promotions, role changes, offboarding etc.).
• Guide and supervise our People Advisors, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

Role requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar People Operations role, ideally within a pan-European context.
• Strong understanding of core HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management.
• Proven knowledge of European employment legislation and People practices.
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in HRIS and case management systems; experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and UKG is desirable.
