What We Need
We are seeking a highly experienced People Operations Professional to lead the end-to-end People Operation function in KSA. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of KSA labor laws and local legislation, coupled with a proven track record of supporting global organizations. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in HRD, HRM, logistics, relocation and expatriates, compensation and benefits, and budgeting, who can work closely with leadership teams to align HR practices with organizational goals.
What You'll Do
HR Strategy :
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and local requirements.
Provide strategic HR support to the CPO and Executive Team, and collaborate cross-functionally with Oivan HR Global team, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
Manage and maintain local and internal labor market benchmarking, identifying intersections and diversions, and making recommendations to resolve anomalies.
Review and cross-reference Oivan C&B with competitors, make recommendations accordingly.
Compliance & Labor Law Expertise:
Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws, regulations, and best practices in all HR activities.
Provide guidance on local employment legislation and resolve labor-related matters effectively. Act as our local legal compliance expert, monitor risks, and ensure full compliance within Oivan and our Partners.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Manage the local HR team of two Human Resource Specialists.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Develop and coach local management at all levels of Oivan leadership.
Iterate on and drive local performance and development processes with local HR specialists, managers, and department heads.
Office Operations & Logistics:
Oversee office property operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and lease agreements in conjunction with local operations manager.
Manage logistics and ensure smooth operational workflows for the office.
What You Have
- 10-15 years experience in full cycle people management
- Int'l IT HRM, HRD experience
