We are looking forΒ 

We are seeking a proactive, extremely well organized and detail-oriented People Operations Jr Analyst. You will provide essential administrative support, ensuring our People & Culture and Facilities areas run efficiently and effectively. You will be a key architect in maintaining accurate employee records, streamlining daily operations, and fostering a positive, high-quality employee experience throughout their journey at BizAway.



Key Responsibilities

1. Daily People Operations & Administration

● Administrative Tasks: handle core administrative duties for the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to offboarding.
● Data Management: accurately input and maintain personnel files within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), relevant platforms and databases.
● Employee Support: serve as the primary contact for daily administrative requests (e.g., tax documentation, bank letters, HRIS updates / access, company policies, etc.).
● Compliance Assistance: contribute to maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and internal company policies.

2. Facilities Management & Office Support

● Office Oversight: oversee the facilities and manage vendors (Eg: maintenance, cleaning, office layout, supplies, etc.)
● Supply & Equipment Management: monitor inventory, order supplies and ensure all equipment and office elements are working and maintained.
● Reception Tasks: greet and provide assistance to office visitors; manage office deliveries.
● Office Policies: implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

3. Employee Activities & Event Coordination:

● Event Logistics: organize, purchase materials , and handle end-to-end logistics for company meetings, training sessions, and employee gatherings (E.g., invitations, room booking, material sharing, registration).



Your basic qualifications

● Minimum one (1) year of professional experience in an HR administrative support role.
● Exceptional Organizational Skills: proven ability to multitask effectively, manage time, and maintain a project management mindset
● Meticulous and highly detail-oriented
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Spanish.
● Service Mindset: collaborative, approachable, proactive, and reliable with an outstanding focus on the internal client (employees).
● Experience with HR software, data management, and reporting tools (HRIS) is a major plus.
