We are looking for a People Operations Intern to support core HR and People Ops functions across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, help maintain HR systems and documentation, and collaborate closely with the People Operations team on day-to-day operations and special projects. This role is located at our Santa Clara, CA office.
This is a part-time, 6-month internship starting in February 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
Support employee onboarding processes, including sending related emails, preparing onboarding communications, and coordinating first-day logistics
Assist with pre-onboarding tasks, such as system setup, documentation collection, and checklist tracking
Help maintain and update HR systems (HRIS, internal trackers, shared folders) with accurate employee data
Support offboarding processes, including coordination of access removal, documentation, and exit checklists
Assist with HR documentation (policies, templates, internal guides, and process updates)
Help track and support compliance-related activities, including training completion and recordkeeping
Provide general People Operations administrative support as needed
Collaborate closely with the People Operations team on ad hoc projects and process improvements
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and documentation
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team
Must have and maintain U.S. work authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest in People Operations, HR, or Talent Operations
Prior internship or administrative experience in HR, operations, or office management
Familiarity with G-drive and Slack
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Interest in working at a high-growth technology or robotics company
