This role is highly operational, detail-oriented, and impact-driven - owning core People & Culture administration, supporting a distributed workforce, and helping deliver internal events that build connection and engagement.

You’ll work closely with the people team leaders to support scalable people programs, streamline processes, and ensure a consistently great employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who’s obsessed with efficiency, loves problem-solving, and is excited to leverage AI and automation to make People Operations smarter and simpler.

Applications for this role will close on February 17, 2026.

What You’ll Do:

People & Culture Administration

  • Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and compliance-related processes and other tasks as required, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Respond to employee questions and requests with clarity, care, and a strong service mindset
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the employee experience
  • Partner with the Talent team to support recruitment coordination as required, helping maintain an organized, timely, and positive candidate experience.

Efficiency, Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy
  • Create and maintain documentation, templates, and playbooks to support scalable operations
  • Bring creative problem-solving to ambiguous challenges, always looking for better, simpler ways to work

Internal Events & Connection

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events that foster connection, engagement, and a strong sense of belonging across a distributed workforce
  • Support company-wide moments, team events, and culture-building initiatives from planning through execution and follow-up
  • Lead internal committees, including Kindsight Cares and the Kindsight Community Committee, helping drive participation, momentum, and meaningful impact
  • Manage logistics, timelines, communications, and post-event learnings to continuously improve future events and connection initiatives

Office Management (Physical & Virtual)

  • Manage office operations virtually for physical spaces, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
  • Ensure office and remote work experiences are smooth, consistent

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or a related administrative or operations-focused role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A continuous improvement mindset, you’re always looking for ways to make processes more efficient and effective
  • Comfort using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and curiosity about automation platforms like Zapier or n8n
  • Creative problem-solver who enjoys untangling messy processes and turning them into clear, repeatable workflows
  • Clear, friendly communicator who builds trust with employees and partners
  • Comfortable working in a distributed, remote-first environment and supporting virtual operations

Compensation Range: $65,000 - $80,000 CAD OTE annually, based on experience, market benchmarks and role complexity. We aim to offer fair, competitive pay that reflects your skills and the market.
