In this part‑time onsite position based in either Aalborg or Copenhagen, you will become part of a highly professional People team working across several European locations.
You’ll step into a collaborative environment where creating value, supporting the business and fostering an inspiring workplace are central to how the team operates.
About the Role
In this role, you will help ensure well‑structured HR processes with your own areas of responsibility and a varied day‑to‑day workflow while supporting leaders and employees with a wide range of HR‑related tasks.
Your work will contribute to smooth operations across HR systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.
Key responsibilities:
Support leaders and employees with day‑to‑day HR inquiries
Provide legal support related to employment legislation, including the Salaried Employees Act and the Holiday Act
Maintain accurate employee data and ensure well‑structured processes in our HR system
Assist with contracts, terminations, compliance and general HR administration
Proactively support or independently drive optimisation of HR processes and workflows
About You
Bringing a service‑minded, professional and detail‑oriented approach, you draw on a background that equips you to understand HR administration or employment law with ease. This foundation, combined with your ability to learn quickly in new environments, enables you to navigate a fast‑moving setting confidently and remain solutions‑oriented.
With a proactive mindset and organised working style, you naturally contribute to a collaborative team culture and support a high standard of execution.
You bring:
A relevant educational background (law, business law, HR) or practical experience from a similar role and thorough understanding of relevant legislation
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to quickly absorb new information
A proactive and organised working style with an eye for what needs to be done
A passion for problem‑solving and contributing to team success
