Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide transactional and administrative services related to data processing (eg. personnel data, benefits administration, talent administration) including mass transaction updates. Functions as expert regarding all aspects of data processing.

 

You are responsible for

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Greater China payroll end to end operations , ensure the high accuracy and timely delivery, which under ICS management.
  • Conduct the payroll operation but no limited to, monthly payroll calculation, banking settlement, social insurance/commercial insurance/retirement management, monthly tax filling, annual tax filling, final payment calculation, accrual, payment voucher, etc.
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll report preparation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with IPS team member in Singapore with the function Contact Center/Data Team, and responsible for the payroll data check, answer the payroll inquiry from employee.
  • Collaborate with the payroll vendor to ensure the SLA delivery
  • Collaborate with Finance team to ensure the smooth operation in accrual, vendor payment settlement, etc
  • Conduct the audit task if required
  • Equity management including tax calculation, fund administration
  • Work as a PPS Payroll Specialist on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors;
  • The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of principles, theories and concepts;
  • Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems that cannot be found by combining previous experience but by composing newly required knowledge;
  • Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas;
  • Other ad. hoc task assign by manager

 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

1. Bachelor degree; Fluent English in both verbal and written

2. Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies.

3. More than 2 years HR-related experience in multi-national company, high experience in payroll & data processing.

4. Good customer service attitude; Ability to answer queries on own initiative by effective use and interpretation of relevant data available information.

5. Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload, multi-task is essential. 6. Experienced with Case Management tools and HR IT systems.
