The Gist
The People Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting a welcoming, well-functioning office environment while providing essential operational support across People Operations – HR, Office Management, Recruiting, Talent, and Accounting. This role serves as a key partner to the broader People Ops team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional employee experience, and strong administrative execution.
This position requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, human-centered environment.

HR Support

Talent Management Support
2+ years of experience in office operations, administrative support, People Operations, HR, recruiting coordination, or a related role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy when handling data, documentation, and systems
Professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach to supporting employees, candidates, and visitors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with standard workplace tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) and HR-related systems
Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
Willingness to cross-train and provide operational support across People Operations functions
